installing hitch in 2003 GMC 2500HD 8 foot box(updated)

Okay, have always installed my own hitches, now have to transfer hijacker 24sl hitch to this 2003 GMC with the long box, 4X4,. looks like the frame should be alright to get at to drill, but wondering...
