Inverter off while running the generator?
My hauler has one lithium battery, 1800 inverter n a 5500 onan gen.. When using the gen.. Do I need to turn off the inverter or does it matter if it's on.

Any proper install will include a transfer switch and there will be no harm to running the generator, plugging in or running the inverter at the same time.
If it is an inverter/charger you may want it on to charge that battery.
If it is an inverter/charger you may want it on to charge that battery.
