Like Grit said, something changed from when it was running to when it isn't. Pictures would help to show how it's mounted in your van. Fuel starvation would be the only thing I would think that wouldn't throw a code. Are you certain there is no code - no blinking light when it shuts down? Breaker flipped? Does it have good 12V power? Are your batteries low?

No codes and doesn’t run long enough to get hot

Investigate what changed. And be realistic, how long did you run it sitting on the floor?

Is it throwing a code? Enclosed area? Could be going into overheat shutdown.
