Is it important to get dual pane windows?
We plan to live in our ours for 6 months stretches....in South GA and in Southern CA. Would we need the dual pane?

You can do the research on that.
They do work as intended and advertised...at least ours do.
Forgot to mention ours are thermal-pane tinted safety glass.
