Is it important to get dual pane windows?
We plan to live in our ours for 6 months stretches....in South GA and in Southern CA. Would we need the dual pane?

The only issue I've heard of is losing the seal between panes and then fogging. How common? Unknown but like any mass produced item there can be bad batches. They certainly don't all have the same issue.
