Obviously if you ordered the unit in Feb. and the build date is Nov. they didn't factory order this just for you and they found it on another dealers lot or it was sitting at the factory.
Unless the thing looks like a herd of human cattle have been trudguing through it when you go to pick it up, I wouldn't worry about it.
