Here is an idea. www.youtube then search "Pullrite". I don't know of a dis-assembly video. But maybe you can find one, on your own.
Just be careful on you tube. Lots of people showing SuperGlide hitch failures. But they are NOT hitch failures. They are operator error. IE: no capture plate, not hitching correctly, and other real stupid stuff that unknowing people do. But it can't be their fault. So it must be the hitches fault.
If it wasn't sliding away from the truck while turning, you might have a capture plate problem. Could be other problems too. But the reason should be very obvious, without taking anything apart. Fixing it, on the other hand, could require dis-assembly.
