Old trailer, 3 steps, no problem.
New trailer, 4 steps, slipped the first time going up and that was it.

Had to install those outdoor carpet pads to get him up the stairs. Seems fine now but boy, they can be skittish. LOL

Looks sweet. I have to constantly remind my family to not step so "hard" going in or out.

For me the quality was great. I did find them difficult to deploy and stow. You need two hands and fairly strong arms/hands. If you have to put them in and out very often it is kind of a pain. If you move rarely they are great. Very well built.

Would love a set of torklift steps as well. My TT is pretty high off the ground compared to most TT and I have heavy stair shake any time someone comes in/out of the TT. Really look like they would be the ticket.

Wow I'd certainly like to test out those steps. The OEM steps on my new HeartLand LandMark are cursed every trip out with our coach. The OEM steps are likely the most disliked aspect of our new trailer of which there are a few.

No diving boards allowed. :)

Adding support to a regular 3 or 4 step unit cant accomplish what Torqlift has. The weight is totally supported by the top mount and the bottom "landing gear". Very solid. I often wondered when one of the rivets in my old steps would blow out and dump someone on the ground. I love the spring loaded push button adjustment on the landing gear. So easy for side to side adjustments.
