It depends on your uses. I personally wouldn't shy away from that trailer, your pickup is technically capable. If you get it and it tows fine for you, then you are good. If after a year you decide you want a pickup with more capacity, then trade yours in for a different pickup. If that's not an option, like someone else said, see if the dealer will let you hook it up and pull it for a few miles to see how it works for you.
