I9500 is the gross weight you will be just fine. If dry, not so much. To the last poster, you might be ok with knowingly being over weight but the police and insurance company sure won't be.

Is that from personal experience or from "Internet experience"?

What did the police do when you were found overweight? What did the insurance company do?

Please cite from personal experience, anything else is "Internet Rumor".

That new of F250 should not have an issue with that rig. Even if that is dry weight. We tow a 32' 5er with our 01, and well within axle and tire ratings, we are over GVWR, I am aware of that and it is my choice. No bags here just stock suspension.

  • 9500 i assume is dry? Are you going to tow this trailer without any propane, food, clothes, bedding water? Then you will probablybe OK. Otherwise you will likely exceed the trucks GVWR rating. How much is anybodies guess given your total lackof useful information
  • I think you are well within the limits . It will pull great. I have a 2004 F250 diesel . We used to pull a 30ft Durango @ 10,000 loaded and now have a 36 Ft. Augusta Flex AF34RS @ 13,250 loaded and our truck handles and pulls it great! Mark
  • Are those numbers the "dry" weight? If so you will get much better advice if you post the GVWR of the rig you are considering.
  • Can't give you advice, but I am happy with my set up, over 25,000 miles trouble free towing.
