ODI-nhtsa.dot.gov/owners is where we have filed tire complaints since NHTSA started the website years ago.
At one time there were over 260 complaints against Carlisle on their different ST tire lines that went back several years. NHTSA found about 8-9 of those complaints that were filled out properly and deleted the others. I saw this myself.
NHTSA comments on the ones they looked into basically said because there were no injuries or deaths they simply weren't interested.
