One other thing that comes to mind with that TA, is do you want to leave your truck hitched to the trailer while it is up on the rack? Obviously it has to be hitched up to get it up there, but what if you get into the job and find you need to run into town? I don't think you would want to leave it on the rack while you try to unhitch/rehitch, so you'll be lowering it and lifting again. Maybe not a deal breaker I guess. I would be leaving my truck jack under the trailer while I ran to town with no jack in my truck, so that's not ideal either. Having a flat is never going to be an ideal situation.
I use a floor jack and jack stand for any non-emergency work. Just a lot better idea IMO.
