Jacking up 5th wheel?
When you jack up your 5th wheel do you: - place the jack under the axle between the hanger u-bolts - jack up the frame - use a ramp to drive the good tire onto - other...please explain

If changing a tire, pull the flat up on ramp until center of axle is at least normal height, then jack axle up from there. Pull the ramp out after you get flat off, and you know you have room to get tire back on.
