Jayco Designer Slide Out Problem

Hello I also have a 2009 Jayco Designer 5th wheel 35 RLTS and the front door slide does exactly the same thing. I found the bolts all loose on the motor/gearbox tightened everything up but it still does the drifting out when moving. I was told by a tech that I should replace the motor/gearbox but have not done this yet. They say their is a clutch in the motor that could be bad.
