It also applies to my Reese hitch if I am backed into the hitch the wrap around jaw is closed, it has no choice, unlike the B&W I am unable to lock the jaw open therefore it closed when I back in. But I do not advertise that I can't drop a fifth wheel with my hitch because I can, the same as one that owns a B&W. There are no foolproof hitches out there.
