Just Purchased 2006 Rage'N M-2600 FS Have Questions

Last week we purchased a 2006 Rage'n 2600FS and are still trying to work out the kinks.... Went camping this weekend with weather in the low 20's and found out the heat was not working. Propane ...

Regarding the furnace... Was the battery fully charged? The furnace fan works on 12vdc. If it's low, the fan won't come on. If the fan doesn't come on, it won't light.
