Kayak carrier under fifth wheel frame
I'm thinking about building a kayak carrier to fit under my fifth wheel. The carrier will hang down about 16" and have about 14" ground clearance. Any thoughts?

I do not have a kayak but a porta bote and I fold it up and put it under the rear of the 5th wheel. been there for some 5 years. ready to use. BUT it is only 4.5 in +- thick. can't see why your idea will not work with that clearance.
