Kayak carrier under fifth wheel frame
I'm thinking about building a kayak carrier to fit under my fifth wheel. The carrier will hang down about 16" and have about 14" ground clearance. Any thoughts?

I carry a 16' canoe on top of the truck. I use roof racks and a front hitch mounted "goal post" that swivels.
