Keystone Alpine and B&W hitch question
I have a 2012 F350 SRW and short bed...wondering if I need to get a new “slider” hitch or will a conventional hitch work with the newer front cap designs? Thanks, Larry

Never really concerned myself with that measurement , but more importantly being over the axle or just slightly forward. As far as distance , most fifth wheels are 96" wide , I would think you need 48" or more to clear the cab .
Mine is 33" center of kingpin to inside edge of the bed ,so probably another couple inches to the cab . So I am thinking I have around 5" less clearance then the Ford Superduty , with my 2014 Ram 3500.
