Good Morning Mr. ------,
Thank you for contacting Keystone RV. I’m sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered with your Carbon. I’m not sure which local dealer you had a bad experience with, but I have listed the 3 closest dealers to you below. Our warranty agreement we have with you states that all warranty concerns need to be addressed at an authorized dealer. They have the ability to inspect, diagnose and submit the concerns to Keystone electronically. Our Service Department will respond within 2 days with approvals/denials. Then they can order any needed parts after approvals are given. Let me know if I can be of additional assistance. Have a great day!
