I can sure empathize, we just bought a new RV from Grand Design, these are the founders of Keystone. My biggest concern when doing my research was after sales support and warranty. That was one of the reasons we did what we did, of course you never know until you try and use it. The only thing I would do is write reviews on this and keystone. I think that there are still some people in the business world that haven't got the meg it's no longer just local word of mouth. Does Keystone have owners forum, most do? Start there and branch out.
