I had a problem with a Suburban water heater. I called a mobile RV repair to check it out, they contacted Suburban directly. Suburban gave them the ok to fix and sent the parts to them. We had a very similar problem. I didn't bother calling Keystone because the manufacture warranty is longer than Keystone. It was explained to me that Suburban had received a batch of defective parts that's why they were having problems.
