This screams "TAKE THEM TO COURT"!!!!! You will win. It's just up to you if the money is worth the hassle. This makes me angry to see this kind of thing happen. They are banking on you not doing anything. Prove them wrong.
As the dealer they CAN do something about this. Make noise. I would never put up with this. It's dishonest and unethical business practices.
