I may as well pile on here, too!:) On our first trip towing our brand new keystone outback, the light fixture over the dinette fell down. The fixture did not break, it just needed to be reattached tighter, but it dented the surface of the table (broken formica top and small indentation). Keystone paid the dealer to reattach the fixture, but would not replace the table. I am sure that eventually moisture is going to get in there and swell the particle board.
Also, the water heater has never worked on electric. The dealer repaired it under warranty and tested it, but did not mention that they drained it after and left both the breaker and power switch to it turned on. So when I got home and plugged the shore power cord in, I had a brand new burned out element! It is not worth it to me to argue the case and find the time to drop off/pick up the camper for another repair. I can put a new element in it myself in 10 minutes when I replace the anode rod in a few months.
I believe that Keystone should have replaced the table top, but otherwise I am very happy with the camper.
