Old-Buscuit, Thank you for your contact numbers and advice. I will proceed in that direction, I shouldn't have to, but no one else that took money in the chain I bought this RV from seems to be much help. As far as the flak goes, I got use to that in VietNam, comes when ever you open your mouth.
