I agree with you - but Keystone should have taken the route that Gulf Stream did for me when a carrier bearing on the driveshaft of our Class C began to squeal: when I contacted them (GS) - they explained that the drive shaft was not Ford original equipment, and gave me the number of the company that stretched the frame and changed the driveshaft; plus gave me a number to call at GS if I wasn't satisfied by the folks at the frame company. (The folks at the frame company were incredibly nice)
Even though the carrier bearing wasn't Gulf Stream's problem, I was under the impression that they wanted me to be taken care of properly - and that sort of thing creates a lot of good will.
