the first thing you should do when purchasing a new vehicle be it a car truck camper etc is read the manuals supplied with the rig so you understand things correctly. If the OP had done that he would have known how the rv industry structures their warranty and as such would have known to ask the CW service manager why didn't you contact the WH manufacturer instead of Keystone. Manuals are there for a reason and honestly if folks did read them we would see very few of these kinds of posts.
