The point is the trailer is still under warranty,period. We just had a similar issue with our new under warranty tt. Hot water heater would not work on electric. Took it to Camping World (whom we did not buy it from) and they had it back to us within a week with new heating element, no questions asked.Glad we purchased from a manufacturer who stands behind their product.
OP should not have to jump through hoops to have this repaired under warranty.
I would definitely put the blame on Keystone for this one.
