The thing about all this to me is CW looked at it. And called who they think should have taken care of it. If not their problem, most will tell you who you need to call to get it taken care of. Get it taken care of so we have a happy customer. That did not happen. They should not give you a bunch of reasons why it might have happen. And the Factory fellow could care less if it was taken care of. He will never save enough money by ducking problems to pay for the loss as he does it to more and more people. Word does get around.
When I see people ducking the problem and inventing reasons instead of just dealing with it or telling me who I can call or how to get it taken care of, I always just mark their product off my buy list of things I was or may buy.
