IMO, Camping World are the ones who dropped the ball, from sales to service. When they sold this rig new, they should have explained, and made very clear, that the appliances/accessories all have separate warranties, and that you have to deal with them instead of the mfr in most cases. Second, when CW had it in for service, why didn't they deal with the WH mfr directly? All would most likely have been fixed and this thread might have been a compliment instead of a rant. I blame CW for most of this and the RV industry as a whole for not stepping up and giving a =real= warranty like vehicle manufacturers do instead of the "pass-the-buck" warranty that you get.
