Good luck. This is all too typical for the RV industry. Contact the mfg directly. Be polite but firm. If you still get no where, then contact a lawyer. No matter what your going to loose. Just how much now is your goal.

Take photos.....contact RV MFG Representative and plead your case DIRECTLY (CW is not going to be your advocate)

Forget attorney...waste of MONIES (more then it would cost to do repair yourself), waste of time/effort and just prolongs the out come (NO!)

Dealing with Factory Rep directly is your best course of action.
But a crack in ceiling is not necessarily a 'warranty issue' unless it can be shown it is result of structural defect
(Doubt extended warranty even covers that issue)

Contact Trailer Life Magazine. They have a Resolutions department that will arbitrate for you. Since you're still under the OEM warranty they will help if your cause meets their criteria.

Ah, and when they say “no” again are you still going to say don’t get an attorney? The conversation will be taped...one slip up on your part.

We used an attorney for a problem about 10 years ago. Back then, the cost of the attorney was $250 an hour. If we sent him an Email, they charged 1/4 hour. If we called and talked to him, they charged 1/4 hour. Prices have only gone up.

We ended up spending over $10,000 JUST for attorney fees. We won the case, and never, never, never collected a penny from the defendant. It was in our original contract that if the defendant defaulted, he would be responsible for any of our legal fees. Ha! just try to extract honey from a pile of horse manure. After 3 more years of trying to collect, we had to give up. Never got a penny, and out over $45,000 when it was over.

Good attorneys start from the back end. “If we win, can we collect?”

Who was the manufacturer if you don't mind sharing?

Back in 2005 we purchased a Jayco popup new. Shortly after I brought it to the attention of the dealer the roof did not seal properly. Dealer told me they sent pictures to Jayco and Jayco said no repair needed.
I wrote Jayco directly and they told me they had no record of dealer contacting them . They saw the problem and authorized dealer to replace roof.
Somebody wasn't telling the truth.
