Take photos.....contact RV MFG Representative and plead your case DIRECTLY (CW is not going to be your advocate)
Forget attorney...waste of MONIES (more then it would cost to do repair yourself), waste of time/effort and just prolongs the out come (NO!)
Dealing with Factory Rep directly is your best course of action.
But a crack in ceiling is not necessarily a 'warranty issue' unless it can be shown it is result of structural defect
(Doubt extended warranty even covers that issue)
