Yea, hindsight is always 20/20 and that is your contribution; the rest of us got into the fray for the OP and tried to help him.

There are folks out there fighting for their lives with cancer, fighting to keep jobs, fighting to stay in their house, etc. and you flip out in your first post here about a few dollars needed to fix an appliance that could have been turned on without the water in it. It might even be your fault.
