Laws may be different in your state but here you can NOT have a lawyer or anyone else represent you in small claims court, you must appear in person.
Why would anybody even think of small claims court for this trivial issue that involves a few dollars? The OP spent over $30,000 for the coach with CW and somebody at CW should just fix the thing for free. The OP already spent 'real' money and should get a 'just right' water heater and coach. Court rarely ends with winners and losers, all are losers in some degree.
I am confident that somebody will try to discredit me and say I am not being sensitive enough to the OP's plight and all that stuff, but I am ready and stand by my position and will 'batten down the hatches'.
