... I give the guy credit , a lot more then others...
I totally agree. And said it more than once. I think this has been an excellent thread in that it proves that RV.Net is more than a consumer hot line for problems; rather RV.Net is a forum for all kinds of RV issues, trip plannng, trip reports, showing off new coaches, modifications, RV lifestyle, places to go, pictures, RV parks and campgrounds, Quartzsite, and even asking for advice for problems. But it is not only a problem solving hotline and that is how the OP first came off. It was not hard to see his intent to use the forum to complain and blame Keystone and one of their employees; his first post. My intent was to try to steer the OP from being a complainer to being part of the forum solution by asking questions and getting helpful suggestions instead of taking direct aim at Keystone with a complaint. Not everybody agreed with me and I got to pick up a person along the way that said he does not care what I think. I read each post and respect anybody's position and have never told anybody on any forum that I don't respect their thoughts regardless if I agree or not. Being a quitter is another entire issue, nobody respects quitters. But that is what makes a forum, all different kinds of people. At the end of the day I hope the OP relates the successful resolution to his problem; sometimes we all help somebody try to get help and never hear back how it all works out.
