Keystone Fail-Sky River RV Fail

We bought our new 2015 Raptor 300 toy hauler in August of 2014 from Sky River RV, Paso Robles Ca. Back in February I was up on the roof and I noticed that the roof around the front A/C was cut on both sides. The cuts were the same shape as the metal pan on the bottom of the A/C unit. You could tell that air had gotten under the roof membrane and it lifted up and was cut by the metal of the A/C pan. Sky River contacted Keystone about warranty repair. Sky River wanted to replace the roof, but Keystone only wanted to patch it. Sky River said they were not going to replace the roof out of their pocket, since it was obviously a factory problem. They repaired it per Keystone's instructions.Really, that's what you call a repair? One of the tech's said they never repair roofs, just replace them? Well you just tried to repair one and it is the worst job I've seen and I've wrenched for over 40 years. And did you find out why it was lifting up in the first place? No. So you have Keystone who won't back it's product, and Sky River who won't back it's customers up. And on top of all that, when we get it home, there's a 2 foot piece of slide trim laying on the floor.
