I have no input on the quality of that model, but when we were shopping for a new 5th wheel, we more/less had an order of precedence: floor plan, overall length, grey water capacity, and carrying capacity. Once we found a floor plan, we narrowed it down based on length, then narrowed if further based on the other factors. After all those were satisfied, we tried to pick the best quality rig.
All that being said, I would end the consideration of your rig as soon as I got to grey water capacity. 39 gallons for a bunkhouse trailer is nowhere near sufficient enough IMO.
