as far as I am concerned I wouldn't touch a cougar myself, one of our local dealers offer keystone line.... my friend is our salesmen there, they dropped cougars after an obsene amount of warrenty claims. they kept laredos, montanas, avalaches, copper canyons. He said the Laredo is one step below a Montana, Cougar quality is definatly entry level for fifth wheels and price reflects that. we have a 2013 Laredo which is definatly a step "UP" but I would say just past entry level. We are quite happy with our Laredo, however my next fifth wheel wont be a keystone product, I will likely go to an arctic fox, or grand designs. However in this day and age when it comes to camper quality youll pull your hair out trying to find a quality built unit. Even our Laredo fresh off the lot had plumbing issues I had to fix, and now were having the front cap painted on keystones dime due to it fading.
