Here is some additional detail. We ran in to another cougar owner at a campground in our area over the week of July fourth. Their dealer (not Campingworld) was able to get their 2011 model covered under warranty by Keystone.
The allowance did not cover all labor required, however the dealer absorbed the remainder since they sold them the camper to begin with.
We spoke to the same dealer and they confirmed this.
However since we did not buy from this dealer, they indicated that they could not do so for us, since we did not buy from them. Kind of understandable.... So back to my speculation that CW might be able to step up and do the same.
