IMO you need to put in a request to Santa to get you upgraded axles, shackles with wet bolts, rims and quality tires for December 25th.
Bare minimum is what they install to help keep sales price down to where you will buy it. I guess it worked. We all want quality trailers but at budget prices. Another case of you get what you paid for.
I noticed you are approx 1K over GVWR of your truck.
