Between the two issues:
1. 2011 Model with 2010 components/GVWR -was there any disclaimer made by the selling dealer about this in writing at time of signing the paper work. (Uniform Comercial Code issue)
2. Potential lack of conformance to DOT certification standards for first retail sale.(pointed out by Jimnlin)
