Knocking noise in front storage area -- metal column

We spent the day driving on a very bumpy highway (101 California) and now that we are stopped for the night, we hear a loud knocking noise under the cap of the 5th wheel (Jayco Superlite) when we walk...

Is it louder inside or outside?

Is anything in cabinets against front wall or loose?

Otherwise the only thing in front cap is framing/wiring for clearance lights up top and/or wiring for inside lights over bed/front wall area.

Side wall framing loose.

Broken brace on pin box.

Look for spider web cracking on front cap, side walls or broken screws on trim and/or overhang cover.
