Atwood sent me a bag with a complete set of replacements after I complained strongly about their quality. I've seen posts where Atwood did the same for others as well. You may want to ask them why they send free replacements to some but not others.... Also ask them why they don't have a replacement that doesn't break and pose a safety risk. My last reply from Atwood within past two weeks, was that not enough people had complained so there must not be a problem. I disagree, but here we are with a poor product that may cause a serious injury and a manufacturer with an uncaring attitude.
