I have a folding ladder, that is a 7' step ladder. I have the double sided, climb either side version. It folds to 3.5x 4.5 inches, and is 84 inches long.
I see CW sells them. The only drawback may be the wt rating. It is rated for 225 lbs. This is an osha CYA rating, it is quite strong/stable.
