Laminate floor in 5th wheel

Our dog had an accident on the carpet in our 5th wheel. We had Stanley Steamer try to get the spot out to no avail. My wife came up with the idea of just removing the carpet and replacing it with laminate wood. My concern is where the slides go out how would the slide mate up with the main floor..........

    I would definitely do vinyl before laminate. There's really nice wood looking vinyl out there now. It'd be much more durable and easier to maintain, and less concern about getting wet etc. And, it's more flexible than actual wood laminate... I'd think with all the moving a trailer does, the laminate would end up gapping, coming loose, etc.

    I would go with vinyl before laminate. Must have been one bad accident if Stanley could not get it out.
