I watched the Lance factory tour.
Seems odd that they would weld the aluminum framework inlayed in the foam.
I realize that that's the best way to make sure it lines up perfectly, but doesn't that mean it doesn't get welded on all 4 sides? Also seems it would melt the foam etc... Or do they tack it in the foam then pop it out and complete the welds?
Seems very well made and I am really looking forward to their TH line. Hopefully they make 26' and bigger. All their TT stuff is pretty small, I assume that's because their routing tables/equipment can't handle anything bigger.
