Update:
JOB IS DONE!
Sure enough second leg learning curve VERY steep, took about 1 hour start to finish. Wiring was real easy as well only had to add a small amount of wire, reused what I had from before. I don't know what to use to join 2 or 3 10 gage stranded wires so used wire nuts and electrical tape over them, might go back and put some heat shrink over them as well once I'm convinced all is working properly. Panel mounted real easy, just opened up existing holes from the two old rocker switches (I had added a second motor to the Venture legs in hopes of fixing my problem). On the "high torque" setting they are NOT very fast, about as fast as before, but they just seem to WORK. From an engineering standpoint these make so much more sense, there's no bevel gears since all the shafts are in the same plane, just gear reducers from motor to worm drive.
All in all VERY pleased with the install. I'm hooking it up tonight to move it for a guest room this weekend so will get the legs all "synched" and see how it works on hookup. I'll try to get a picture or two of one of the legs installed and the panel.
