Landing gear failure and zero gravity problems

Maiden voyage had total landing gear failure. AAA towed vehicle 104 miles back home. Fourt trip, zero gravity door right side hinge came undone, all three screws missing, causing damage to door. Took ...

Call the factory to complain. Find out if the delay is from the factory or the dealer. Ask the factory if they can recommend another dealer nearby. Then use this info to get the service manager to to get off his butt and fix your rig.
