That would work, but you'd have to run the legs back in for best effect, to get the majority of the screw exposed to the grease. If you had the ability to support the trailer after raising it far enough, that is super. I only have one jack that will reach, but I may make something to support the other side. It isn't that much work really, remove the pin and the inner leg drops right out.
