Landmark Monterey?
Anyone own one of these? It looks like they have discontinued this model. How livable is it? It must not have sold well, since they quit making them.

I would suggest you go to the Heartland Owners forum and ask your questions. A lot of very knowledgeable folks about Heartland products. Also heat pumps only work down to abt 35 deg.
